The 5 th Participatory Innovation Conference, PIN-C will be held in Eskilstuna, Sweden on 11-13 January 2018. Organised jointly by Mälardalen University and the University of Southern Denmark, Sønderborg, this conference will bring together researchers, artists, designers and practitioners.
Conference chairs of PIN-C 2018 are Tomas Backström MDH, Jacob Buur SDU, and Peter E Johansson MDH. Innovation and Product Realization (IPR) at MDH in Eskilstuna is the venue of PIN-C 2018.

The research profile IPR contributes to a sustainable future development and industrial renewal by building on a holistic perspective that takes account of people, systems and global challenges in research and education. IPR is constituted mainly of four research teams: Information Design, Product and Production Development, Workplace Innovation and Quality Management, and Foresight and Value Driven Innovation, which contribute to the research.
