3rd Scandinavian Conference on Industrial Engineering and Management

We invite you to Copenhagen to participate in the 3rd Scandinavian Conference in Industrial Engineering and Management, organised by DTU Management, held at the Technical University of Denmark in the central building (building 101A). The theme of the conference 2015 is: The challenge of implementation.

The conference primarily targets researchers, teachers and Ph.D. students within the area of Industrial Engineering and Management to present, discuss and share issues of common interest in research, teaching and collaboration with industry. Meet your Scandinavian colleagues that will shape the future of our field!

The 18th of November is a Ph.D. workshop featuring presentations by Ph.D. students, who have submitted a research paper, proposal or plan. The aim of the workshop is to support doctoral students in their actual thesis work. The Ph.D. students will get feedback from senior colleagues. Additionally, a Ph.D. poster competition will be held for those, who have submitted a Ph.D. poster.

The 19th and 20th of November will include presentations by keynote speakers from the industry and furthermore sessions held in three parallel tracks: (1) Research, (2) Teaching and (3) Ph.D. The sessions are intended to provide a forum for researchers in industrial engineering and management (IEM) to discuss and exchange positions on current and emergent IEM topics.
